SHIPPING

Is shipping free?

Yes, all standard shipping is free. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries. If we do not ship to your country, you will be informed at checkout.

 

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Our products are sourced from all over the world and ship directly from warehouses. On average, products will take 4 - 6 weeks from order to delivery. 

COVID-19 may affect shipping times in some countries.  

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders will come with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number through the email you provided when making your purchase.

 

RETURNS

What if I don’t like what I get, can I return it?

Absolutely. We are happy to provide a refund for any items that are unused within 15 days of purchase and have not been marked as "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase. Product tags should be intact and not cut or removed.

Note: Any items that are excluded from return will be clearly marked on the product page and/or at checkout.

 

 

How will I get my refund?

Refunds will be issued through the same method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back to us. Return mail to Salmagundistore is at your cost. Once items are received in good order, the cost of the item will be refunded.
